This is an example of the default meta-tags that should be used for a site.
When the webmaster populates the keyword and description fields in the CMS, then those values should update the appropriate meta tags for that particular article; however, if those fields are left blank, then the default metadata should appear.
Webmasters should also be instructed on how to select the best keywords for their site and for their articles. WebCEO or Google Webmaster tools should be mandatory tools for all webmasters.
* Description is 150 characters max
* Keywords are 200 characters max
* Robots should be instructed to return after 30 days
Dublin Core (DC) is very important to use:
* DC.Title is a clone of the Title meta field
* DC.Subject is a clone of the Keywords meta field
* DC.Decsription is a clone of the Description meta field
* DC.Identifier is a clone of the Publisher meta field
* DC.Creator is a clone of the Author meta field
