Singing for Change empowers people to become more self-sufficient. Singing for Change supports invests in nonprofit organizations that inspire, empower, and equip people to become more self-sufficient.   Our grantees encourage personal growth among people who are marginalized. Illinois Arts Council – Individual Artist Support (IAS) program assists Illinois artists to realize a career goal, take advantage of a professional opportunity, or to produce and present an artistic project.   General Information The IAS program encompasses two different tracks. Each track has specific limitations and requirements. Review each track’s guidelines thoroughly to determine which best suits your goals.
