Session: Jan-April, mid-May to mid-August, Sept-Nov; 2-3 months residencies Description: The Helene Wurlitzer Foundation, est. 1954, is one of the oldest artist residency programs in the country. The Foundation keeps a low profile and serves as a haven for artists of numerous disciplines. Located on 18 acres in the heart of Taos, NM, a four hundred-year-old multicultural community renowned for its popularity with artists. Fully furnished guesthouses (rent and utility free) and studios provided; artists are responsible for travel, meals and materials costs.
