Music Works Quick Response Grant

Music Works Quick Response Grants provide support to individuals, groups, and organizations to cover immediate opportunities in Regional Activity,  Building Capacity (Professional Development) and Connecting to Markets areas of funding.

Funding available

• $1,000 – $5,000 for individuals
• $1,000 – $15,000 for groups/organisations

Who can apply

• Victorian-based professional music practitioners working in contemporary music from all genres and career stages
• Victorian-based managers, technicians, venues and small to medium industry organisations

Applications for funding are made using the Creative Victoria Grants Portal

There are five Quick Response funding rounds in 2018:

For activity commencing from 8 February 2018:
Round Opens: 18 December 2017
Round Closes: 5pm, 18 January 2018

For activity commencing from 12 April 2018:
Round Opens: 1 March 2018
Round Closes: 5pm, 22 March 2018

For activity commencing from 14 June 2018:
Round Opens: 3 May 2018
Round Closes: 5pm, 24 May 2018

For activity commencing from 16 August 2018:
Round Opens: 28 June 2018
Round Closes: 5pm, 26 July 2018

For activity commencing from 11 October 2018:
Round Opens: 23 August 2018
Round Closes: 5pm, 20 September 2018

Please note:  It takes approximately 3 weeks from the closing date until funding results are available.
