For this project, the chef joined forces with Italian artist Ivo Bisignano. The varying plate sizes, vivid colours and diverse patterns evoke the 'laid back nonchalance' atmosphere typical of Ottolenghi, creating tables that are both informal yet lush, even eccentric.
